Getting started
How do I create my profile?
Go to krafsyte.com/signup and create a free account with your email. Once signed in, you will be taken to the dashboard where you can create and edit your business profile.
What information do I need to set up?
You need your business name, contact number, address or location, a short description of what you do, and at least one photo. You can add more details later — operating hours, services, gallery, and social links.
How long does setup take?
Most business owners complete their first profile in under 10 minutes. You can publish a basic profile immediately and add more details over time.
How do I publish my profile?
Once you have filled in your business details in the dashboard editor, click the Publish button. Your profile goes live instantly at your unique link (e.g. krafsyte.com/yourname).
Editing your profile
How do I update my profile?
Log in to your dashboard at krafsyte.com/dashboard. Click on your profile to open the editor. Make your changes and click Save — changes go live immediately.
Can I change my business name or contact number?
Yes. Open the editor, update the field, and save. Changes are live instantly.
How do I add or remove services?
In the dashboard editor, go to the Services section. Click Add service to add a new item with name, description, and price. Click the remove icon next to any service to delete it.
How do I add photos?
Open the editor and scroll to the Gallery or Photos section. Upload photos directly from your device. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Recommended minimum size: 800px wide.
Can I upload a menu or price list as a PDF?
Yes. In the editor, look for the PDF section. Upload your PDF file and it will appear as a viewable and downloadable document on your public profile.
How do I add my social media links?
In the editor, scroll to the Social links section and paste in your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other profile URLs. These appear as tap-to-open buttons on your profile.
QR codes
How do I get my profile QR code?
After publishing your profile, go to your dashboard. Click the QR Code button to view and download your QR code. Download it as a PNG to print on signage, packaging, receipts, or flyers.
What is the difference between Static QR and Dynamic QR?
A Static QR points to a fixed URL permanently. A Dynamic QR (Starter plan) lets you change the destination URL after printing — great for menus or promotions that update regularly.
Can I create QR codes for WhatsApp, Google reviews, or WiFi?
Yes. Go to krafsyte.com/qr to access the free QR code tools. Create QR codes for WhatsApp, Google reviews, WiFi, contact cards, and more — no account required.
Can I track how many times my QR is scanned?
Scan tracking is available on the Starter plan. You can see total scan counts per QR code from your dashboard.
Plans and billing
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes a basic profile page with your business name, contact button, address with Google Maps link, social media links, and up to 3 photos. It is free forever with no credit card required.
What does Starter include?
Starter (RM 19/month or RM 180/year) includes everything in Free plus: remove KrafSyte branding, services and product showcase, photo gallery, testimonials, enquiry form, basic SEO, and analytics.
What is Premium Ops?
Premium Ops (RM 99/month) adds appointment booking, reservation requests, order collection, a product catalogue, customer order dashboard, and WhatsApp or email notifications for orders.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Log in to your dashboard and go to Settings → Plan. Select the plan you want and follow the payment steps. Your profile upgrades immediately.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
Your profile stays publicly live but Starter and Premium Ops features are hidden from visitors. All your data is saved. Upgrade again anytime to restore everything.
How do I apply the LAUNCH2026 promo code?
LAUNCH2026 applies to annual plans only. Sign up, then email us with your promo code and account email — we will apply it to your account manually. Starter annual: RM 180 → RM 150/year. Premium Ops annual: RM 900 → RM 600/year.
